Only days have passed since we heard the news that Chadwick Boseman had passed.
I myself honestly thought it was not true , and even when I realised it was I still didnt want to believe it.
I read eight articles before it started to sink in. And it rocked my core.
I was so excited when they released black panther and even though I never met Chadwick personally, he changed the world for so many children young black children and one of them was my son.
I can remember the day we went together to watch it and the cinema we chose was a local one to us the seats were so comfy and there was only myself and my son in the whole cinema we had the whole place to ourselves it was bizarre like our own private cinema. That’s not the main reason I remember that day but because it was my sons first time seeing on screen a real marvel superhero that was just like him .
Boseman was amazing in the film and so were all the other cast and finding out that he had died so young of colon cancer reduced me to tears. The black panther, King. confirmed by a statement released on his Twitter and Instagram accounts
The sadness that elopes me that for those four years he knew, and he carried on regardless, knowing that through his smiles he had this heart breaking secret, I feel is so brave but also so tragic.
On August 28th, 2020. The world was shook by the passing if someone who gave us some of the most culturally important films of our time. And his legacy will live on forever in my heart my sons and many many others And ge will be missed forever.
There are many reasons we experience grief for people we have not met such as celebrities. As we grief for what they could of been, we mourn how they touched our life, they made us feel hope in the parts they played that were brought to life on the screen, their death reminds us that none of us are immortal and it elicits our own real fears and this sort of thing draws us closer to others collectively
Here are a few things that can help us through

Known for not only clearing energy in a space but also clearing your personal energy. It can also help to reduce feelings of stress, anxiety, grief, or depression
What is Palo Santo________
Bursera graveolens, known in Spanish as palo santo, is a wild tree native from the Yucatán Peninsula to Peru and Venezuela.
It is a mystical, magical, rare, sacred and unique tree and is related to Frankincense, Myrrh and Copal.
The Spanish translation is “Holy Wood”.
It is part of the citrus family and has sweet notes of pine, mint and lemon.
Palo Santo is used by many for its energetically cleansing and healing properties similar to Sage and Cedar.
It is one of the most fragrant woods in the world and is highly regarded spiritually amongst shamans and healers and has been used in sacred rituals and for purifying purposes for thousands of years by the indigenous peoples of South America.
Benefits and uses of Palo Santo________Spiritual purifying and energy cleansing
Inspiring creativity and bringing love and good fortune
Bringing a deeper connection to the divine source
Energetic protection and the removal of negativity
The enticing and clarifying scent

How to use______
Light a stick, allowing it to burn for a few seconds before blowing the flame out.
Let it smoulder, and fan the smoke over your body or any objects you wish to cleanse, including your room, house or car.
Palo Santo has a light, sweet scent, similar to that of Frankincense and Neroli.
Most people can feel the beneficial purifying effects right away, even if they are typically not sensitive to energy.
Keep out of the reach of children and pets, and never leave unattended.
The Importance of caring for our gut health
Dr Mark Hyman says “If you really knew what was happening to you when you are stressed, you would freak out. It’s not pretty,” I said during the 2013 Third Metric women’s conference. I wasn’t kidding. I could write several books about stress’s massive, chronic havoc on your body.
This is a book I recommend
