How to make your own Delicious Organic Almond Milk in 24 hours

A recent study has found that dairy products do not prevent age-related bone loss or fractures in perimenopausal and menopausal women. I suppose this is good news for vegans or people who are lactose intolerant or if you are like me and want to make sure that I’m putting all the good stuff in my body and am happy to try new recipes.
I tried almond milk, and I was not too impressed, but nothing can beat making our own as it just does not compare to the processed supermarket brands
Below is a lovely recipe that my cousin from Heal the world with words sent over to me.
